Once you sign a franchise agreement, you will get into phase one of ownership which could be training or securing a location and be several months beyond that. It’s a process, and we can use this time to get you ready so when the crisis is over, and we all want life to resume normally, you are perfectly positioned to be living your dream and building a future you own and can control.
Most of us lost money last week in the stock market. I get it, so did I! But, what are you doing today to position yourself so it doesn’t happen again? Are you preparing to build an asset you can sell someday? Are you at least thinking about it?
SBA rates are some of the lowest we’ve seen and we’re still hearing about small business incentives. Have you checked your credit? Have you spoken to someone in franchise funding lately to give you a better idea of your ability to fund…and at what level? Why wouldn’t you have the conversation? Knowledge is power!
These times remind us all of how much control we really don’t have. If you want to position yourself for a future where you can control as much as you can, business ownership is THE way.
